their head chefs; these chefs offer
excellent, typically local cuisine.
- A trapper's evening (with a trapper's
meal eaten by a mountain lake after
45 minutes' walk {which everybody will
be able to do} with a rural atmosphere
and accordion music)
- Visit to see how a cowherd makes his
Abondance cheese
- A guided tour of the village with
lots of interesting stories about it.
- Visit to the goat farm: craftsman-made
cheese and friendly contact with
the farmer.
